The visiting Bellarmine University baseball team lost its first two games in Great Lakes Valley Conference play on Friday, falling 12-1 and 4-0 to Southern Indiana.

The Knights (8-10, 0-2 GLVC) struggled to produce any offense against the Screaming Eagles (13-7, 2-0), collecting six hits in the opener and three in the tail end. USI had 21 total hits in the doubleheader.
